Background
Our university has four campuses – Newton Park, Bath; Locksbrook Road, Bath; Sion Hill, Bath and Bath Spa University London.
The main library is at Newton Park, but you can access everything remotely. Each campus has a cafe and our Newton Park campus has a refectory, deli, Costa and the Student’s Union which also has a shop and a gym.
All student services can be accessed remotely through MyServices and the university website.
Our University has around 8000 students from a wide variety of different backgrounds and cultures, and we employ approximately 2000 staff.
Teaching sessions will take place on each campus.

How could this affect me?
Our campuses are all slightly different.
- Newton Park is outside of Bath and is very rural. Some students really enjoy seeing the sheep and the lambs in spring, and they enjoy the peace and quiet. We do have very good bus links into the city centre.
- Locksbrook Road is in Bath next to the river. There are two buildings, both of which are quite open plan owing to the nature of the courses studied there. It is close to some of our student accommodation as well as shops including Lidl and Marks and Spencer.
- Sion Hill is at the top of a large hill in Bath. It is mainly where PGCE students study.
- Bath Spa University London is situated just off Brick Lane in London and is mainly for short courses and business degrees.
Becoming familiar with key buildings and locations may help you to prepare.
